Deadlines
- Deadline turn around time depends on the project or task; clients will be given a clear deadline as to when your needs will be completed.
- Unexpected need with an upcoming deadline? NO PROBLEM! For an additional fee, Your Super Admin can work to resolve your last minute issue!
- All e-mails and voice mails will be answered within 48 hours.
Communication
Client communication will be conducted primarily through e-mail. Phone conference calls available with 24 hour notification of date and time. Client must cancel phone conference within 1 hour of the agreed time to avoid assessed fee.

Monday-Friday: 9:00a - 5:00p
