Kourtney Thomas is the founder and CEO of Your Super Admin, a virtual administrative services company established in 2015 to provide small businesses with the high-level support traditionally reserved for Fortune 50 companies—at prices designed for small business budgets.

With over 15 years of experience in operations management, executive administration, and client services, she has built a reputation for delivering seamless solutions that help businesses save time, stay organized, and grow.

Before launching Your Super Admin, Kourtney served as a Senior Executive Assistant and Operations Manager across industries, including nonprofits, corporate enterprises, and marketing agencies. She managed high-level tasks such as calendar coordination, travel arrangements, event planning, inbox management, and client relations—skills that now form the foundation of her business offerings.

Her expertise also extends to digital marketing, branding, and sponsorship activations, having successfully led social media campaigns, email marketing strategies, and corporate partnerships for various organizations. Kourtney’s ability to integrate creativity with operational efficiency has helped businesses amplify their presence and impact.

In addition to running Your Super Admin, Kourtney is passionate about mentoring aspiring virtual assistants through her VA Consulting Program, equipping them with the tools and strategies needed to launch and grow successful businesses of their own.

Our Policies

Scope of Services

  • Services provided are outlined in the signed service agreement, including deliverables, timelines, and specific tasks.
  • Additional services requested outside the original scope will require a formal amendment to the agreement.

Term & Termination

  • Agreements may be terminated by either party with a 14-day written notice unless stated otherwise in the contract.
  • Outstanding payments for completed work must be settled before termination.

Billing Structure

  • Packages are created with a 3-month minimum. 
  • Payments are due in advance unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.
  • Invoices are issued every month depending on the service package.

Late Fees

  • Payments not received within 7 days of the due date are subject to a 10% late fee per week until paid in full.

Refunds

  • No refunds will be issued given the nature of the virtual assistant industry.

Business Hour

  • Our standard hours are Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM EST.
  •  Requests received outside these hours will be addressed on the next business day unless prior arrangements are made.

Response Times

  • Emails and inquiries will be acknowledged within 24 business hours.
  • Emergency support is available upon request and may incur additional charges.

Meetings & Check-ins

  • Regular check-in meetings will be scheduled based on the client’s preferences (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly).

Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

All client information is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.

Timelines

Standard turnaround time for most tasks is 2–3 business days. Larger projects may require longer lead times, to be determined at the start of the project.
